They are the financial managers of the construction industry and need to manage costs effectively, while considering quality, sustainability and client needs. They are involved throughout projects, including all stages of the design, construction and operation of property developments, including residential, commercial, industrial and retail, as well as infrastructure projects such as roads, railways and airports. USW's Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management course is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). When you graduate, you'll have the skills and qualifications for a successful career in quantity surveying and commercial management, and be able to work towards corporate membership of the RICS.
