Prepare for the social, political and cultural challenges facing contemporary businesses, governments and not-for-profit organisations by studying International Business with Italian. Italian You will learn the Italian language in the context of Italian culture, past and present, including some of the most famous and influential works of Italian literature and cinema. International Business You will specialise in international business in Year 2 and examine areas such as:
  • the different types of foreign market entry strategy
  • the world trade regime
  • the various elements that comprise this environment e.g. EU / NAFTA
Your studies will also include:
  • the role of the multinational enterprise and the process of foreign direct investment

You will further develop your Italian vocabulary, syntax and grammar and your awareness of different registers and styles. You will also learn more about Italian culture. Compulsory year abroad You will have a compulsory study abroad year in Year 3 at one of our international partner institutions in Italy.
