Course summary

This degree combines tourism management with a language (French, Italian, Mandarin or Spanish) to boost your international career opportunities in the flourishing tourism industry. Our degree in tourism management with a language is designed to meet the demands of the global tourism industry by incorporating the study of French, Italian, Mandarin or Spanish. Through a range of modules, you'll gain skills and knowledge in areas such as tourism marketing, human resource management, innovation, product development and destination management, some of which you will apply during an international field trip. Sustainability is an important theme throughout the course. You may also be able to participate in the Erasmus+ student exchange programme. Popular tourism management careers include roles in tourism marketing, destination management and tourism policy, and tour operator businesses.
