Course summary

The programme provides a high quality learning experience that will continue to develop highly skilled, flexible and creative early years practitioners, trainers, leaders and managers. You will acquire confidence in your professional role and meet the challenges of change and innovation in early childhood practice, lifelong learning and diversity. You will also develop an understanding of theories, concepts and debates surrounding the topics explored in the individual modules. This one year Top Up degree, is aimed at anyone who has already achieved 240 credits, for example if you have completed a Foundation degree of HND. This Top up degree is validated by the University of Hull.
