Course summary

The new CIM Marketing Leadership Programme is the highest level CIM qualification and is for senior marketers aiming to get to the very top of their career. It has two core modules: Contemporary Challenges and Leading Change and a choice of one from two electives: Managing Business Growth and Consultancy. It can be studied by distance learning or as a residential, taught programme delivered on a rolling basis designed to develop your strategic knowledge and skills including: the ability to lead change and develop your organisation's agility; to drive innovation and develop your organisation's strategic insight; and develop your management and decision-making skills and boost your organisation's performance. All of the modules are assessed by a work-based assignment.

All modules are assessed by a project based assignment.

Entry requirements

Applicants must have: Level 6 qualification (ie a full honours degree) in any discipline, plus 7+ years marketing experience (subject to entry test results), OR; Level 6 qualification (ie a full honours degree) in Marketing, plus 5+ years marketing experience (subject to entry test results), PLUS; Evidence of career progression A sufficiently strategic current role IELTS 7 or equivalent
