Course summary
Acquire the skills to become a health and social care leader of the future and head teams at the highest level. Our interdisciplinary programme is work-focused and concentrates on producing visionary leaders who can draw on the latest research and methodology to continuously enhance the quality of care for service users in the UK and worldwide. We will enhance your leadership, managerial, and organisational skills to enable you to inform tactics and strategy, and function as a highly competent senior leader in health and social care sectors.

Health by Design; Leading Others; Leading and Managing Organisations and Systems; MSc Dissertation 10 month; Policy and Governance in Health and Social Care; Research Methods; Self Leadership.
Assessment method
Assessment methods may include: designing policies, rules, pathways or strategies; a business case for service redesign; evaluating a new or existing service or intervention; completing a critical incident analysis; analysing a problem in your own work environment; interviewing co-workers, superiors, and/or clients; reviewing and critically evaluating research

English language: band C, IELTS 6.5 overall with a minimum of 6.0 in all components
Entry requirements
UK 2.2 Hons degree or above or an equivalent standard in other qualifications approved by the University in a relevant subject from a clinical, health, science or social science background.
