Focused on international relations, this fascinating course considers how the world works, the global concerns, politics and interactions between different nation states, organisations and individuals. Conducting your own action research and in-depth dissertation, you can choose from a wide range of optional modules, capitalising on our leading expertise in human rights, equality and discrimination, diplomacy, security studies, British politics, European integration, comparative politics, political theory, and more. Both the MA and MRes, which develops in-depth research knowledge and skills, prepare you for an academic or professional career focused on international relations, here in the UK or anywhere in the world.
