Overview Creative Media and Graphic Design address highly complementary areas of creative practice and studying them as Joint Honours is therefore full of possibility. You will be supported to realise your concepts using a broad range of moving image and visual communication applications and you can choose to develop innovative, interdisciplinary final year projects that draw together your interests across both courses. Your creative development and critical understanding of design and visual theory will take place alongside your development of digital skills – skills that are applicable to the now very wide range of graduate employment generated by the dominant and fast-moving world of today’s visual and media culture. In combination, these subject areas are well worth considering if creative practice is your chosen approach to learning and study, if you are looking for a degree that will provide you with wide-ranging preparation to enter the multitude of employment fields encompassed by the creative and media industries, and if your interests are fired by the possibilities afforded by today's digital design and communication contexts.
