Course summary
Develop your love of and skills in performance whilst studying the literature and texts relating to it. On this course the related disciplines are both studied through theory and practice. Develop as an actor and/or writer through intensive training and production with a professional director and using our professional facilities, while building a foundation in history and theoretical study of literature. Move on to directing/devising performances and choose to specialise in an area of English studies. In year three you will produce a dissertation through creative practice, in either theatre-making or creative writing.
