Mae modiwlau'r radd hon hefyd ar gael yn unigol, fel Datblygiad Proffesiynol Parhaus yn y sector. Mae'r radd newydd a chyffrous hon yn caniatáu i chi ddewis modiwlau a llwybrau arbenigol yr ydych yn ymddiddori fwyaf ynddynt neu sy'n fwyaf perthnasol i chi a'ch cynlluniau a'ch gobeithion, yn awr ac yn y dyfodol. Wrth ddilyn y rhaglen hon, cewch ddewis modiwlau er mwyn ennill un o bedair gradd sylfaen, sef: FdA Iechyd a Gofal Cymdeithasol (Côd UCAS: LN52) FdA Iechyd a Gofal Cymdeithasol (Defnyddio Technolegau Cynorthwyol i Hybu Annibyniaeth) (Côd UCAS: L514) FdA Iechyd a Gofal Cymdeithasol (Polisïau Cymdeithasol) (Côd UCAS: L516) FdA Iechyd a Gofal Cymdeithasol (Cefnogi Pobl Ifanc ac Oedolion ag Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol) (Côd UCAS: L513) Bydd rhai dysgwyr yn mynd ymlaen i ddilyn y llwybr BSc mewn Nyrsio. Mae'r cwrs hefyd y sylfaen gadarn cyn mynd ymlaen i ddilyn cwrs Gradd BA (Anrh), fel y cwrs BA (Anrh) Iechyd a Gofal Cymdeithasol a'r cwrs BA (Anrh) Iechyd a Gofal Cymdeithasol (Polisïau Cymdeithasol), yng Nghrŵp Llandrillo Menai. Bydd cwblhau rhaglen BA yn llwyddiannus yn ei dro'n agor y drws i ddilyn rhaglenni ôl-radd mewn meysydd fel Gwaith Cymdeithasol, Polisïau Cymdeithasol, Seicoleg ac Addysgu, yn ogystal â'r Dystysgrif Addysg i Raddedigion. Bydd rhai dysgwyr yn parhau i weithio drwy gydol y rhaglen ac yn symud ymlaen i swyddi rheoli neu arwain, neu i swyddi uwch, yn eu gweithle. Modules from this degree are also available on an individual basis as Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities for the sector. This new and exciting degree allows you to choose modules and specialist pathways that are of the most interest or relevance to you and your current or future plans and aspirations. Studying this programme allows you to choose modules to graduate and progress with one of four Foundation degrees, namely: FdA Health and Social Care (UCAS Code: LN52) FdA Health and Social Care (Promoting Independence Using Assistive Technologies) (UCAS Code: L514) FdA Health and Social Care (Social Policy) (UCAS Code: L516) FdA Health and Social Care (Supporting Young People and Adults with Additional Learning Needs) (UCAS Code: L513) This course is designed for new and existing professionals in a range of public, private and voluntary sector environments. The course is flexible around other commitments potential students may have, as it is delivered on one day per week for part-time students and two days per week for full time learners. The course also provides a sound basis for progression onto BA (Hons) Degrees at Grwp Llandrillo Menai, including the BA (Hons) Health and Social Care and BA (Hons) Health and Social Care (Social Policy). Some students progress to the BSc Nursing at other institutions. Successful completion of the follow-on BA programme also provides a sound basis for progression into post-graduate recruitment programmes such as Social Work, Social Policy, Psychology and Teaching and Post Graduate Certificates in Education Some learners remain in work throughout the programme and take on managerial or leadership positions, or many other forms of progression/promotion in the workplace.
