Course summary

This Top Up allows students who already hold a CIPD Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent to gain a Masters level qualification. The course is designed for those professionals looking to enhance and develop their postgraduate level strategic level knowledge and behaviours to provide the necessary skills, competencies and knowledge to achieve a Masters in the area of People Management (including Human Resources, Learning and Development and Organisational Development). What happens on the course? The course provides input for study skills at Masters level and the completion of a Masters Professional Project Module is an independent study unit which provides an opportunity to identify a People Management related issue and develop the critical thinking skills to analyse and recommend approaches to address the issue.
