Course summary

The Business Information Technology with a Year in Industry programme gives you the skills required for the practical application of computing to areas typically found in business and industry. Modules, taught by specialist lecturers from the School of Computing, include a solid grounding in programming and information system development as well as business-related modules like e-commerce, computer applications and computer consultancy. Lecturers from Kent Business School, meanwhile, teach a range of core business and management modules to equip students for their future work in business. You earn a salary and there may be the possibility of a job with the same company after graduation.
