Course summary
This course is delivered through an interesting mix of group workshops, guest visits from industrial experts and veterinary surgeons, laboratory-based practicals, lectures, practical sessions and work-related activities. You’ll need to complete a voluntary placement for the duration of your course; completing 1800 working hours over the three-year period. Additionally, you’ll need to complete a nursing progress log and practical examination as part of your overall qualification. You’ll also enjoy visits to a variety of veterinary organisations including referral and specialist practices The course has provisional accreditation from the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).
