Unlocking the potential and nurturing the next generation of business leaders, our BA (Hons) Business and Management Degree offers a comprehensive exploration of the dynamic world of business. The course is designed to ignite curiosity, foster critical thinking, and cultivate the skills, knowledge and insights necessary for success in a variety of industries. From multinational corporations to small startups, effective management is essential for success in any organisation. By studying business and management, students gain a deep understanding of how businesses operate, how markets function, and how to lead teams to achieve organisational goals. This program combines academic rigour with practical application to real-world scenarios, preparing students for the world of work in a range of settings. Course content During the three-year course, students gain a deep understanding of how businesses operate, how to enter and be successful in new markets, as well as how to lead teams to effectively achieve organisational goals. An emphasis is placed upon enterprise and entrepreneurship, with students learning the knowledge and skills to develop and grow a business idea, whilst being part of the internationally recognised Young Enterprise Start-Up Competition. Progression Opportunities Graduates of our BA (Hons) Business and Management program are well-equipped for a wide range of career opportunities across various industries and sectors. Our alumni possess the skills and knowledge to excel in their chosen fields and have moved into areas such as sales and marketing, management and financial management as well as starting their own businesses. Achievement of this degree qualification also provides you with the platform for postgraduate study.

Assessment method
A mixture of traditional and innovative assessment methods will be used, including individual and group presentations, discussions, report writing, case studies, presentations, research and project work, examinations, reflective journals and work-based projects.
