Are you interested in studying geography topics while making yourself work-ready with skills in business management? Taught jointly by the Schools of Geography and Business and Management, this programme draws on the strengths of each to help you develop both geographical expertise and business acumen. You’ll explore topics such as: Cities past, present and future Economy and society Environmental systems Geopolitics Globalisation and international development Natural hazards Social justice The business modules will give you an in-depth understanding of the corporate environment, covering topics such as economics, management, marketing, financial accounting and human resources. Explore the world with us on fieldwork in places such as the US, India and Malaysia, as well as UK-based fieldwork, including opportunities right here in London. We’ll train you in innovative social science research methods, from visual analysis to interviewing to geographical information systems (GIS). In the final year you’ll design your own project with guidance from our experts, developing the skills to become a researcher in your own right.
