About This Course This course will prepare you for a successful career in finance and/or management in any sector, including financial, non-financial and public sector organisations. Over the course of your studies, you’ll explore the role of finance and management in business. You’ll discover the many ways that the study of finance and the study of management enrich each other, whilst discovering and developing your talents in both areas. In your finance studies you’ll discover how financial markets work, and explore the various services offered by the financial industry. You’ll also cultivate specialist expertise in accounting and finance. In your management studies you’ll develop the necessary skills for general management roles. You’ll learn how to critically assess the relationship between organisations, their external context and their management processes. You’ll explore how organisations work, in theory and practice, and you’ll learn how to make informed, evidence-based decisions about how and when to apply different management theories. You’ll also benefit from our links with Norwich’s Financial District, which is one of the largest in the UK. In addition to your Master’s qualification, we offer support and access to online training for certification in Thomson Reuters Eikon and Datastream. You’ll be able to apply for scholarship to the CISI Introduction to Securities & Investment L3 exam every year. You will also be offered an academic rate to study for CII qualifications such as the CII R02 Investment Principles and Risk exam based upon your interest. DEGREE CLASSIFICATION: A 2.2 Honours degree or higher DEGREE SUBJECT: Non-business related subject or any subject studied in a non-UK context required
