Application of theory and models to real and fictional case studies to analyse problems and make recommendations; Individual, Paired and Group work ; Design, Role Play and Experiential Learning with Presentations to Business Clients who feedback on students’ plans and recommendations. Special features of this programme include progression onto a final top-up year and achieve a full degree; Opportunity to tailor your HND through optional units; Small group sizes ensure you get the support you need to succeed. You will complete a Research Project and study a range of modules including; Organisational Behaviour, Financial Management, Statistics for Management, Developing Individuals, teams and organisations, Digital marketing, Business Strategy, Marketing Processes and Planning, HRM, Leadership and Management, Accounting Principles, Managing a successful Business Project, Business Law, Business Data and Numerical Skills. At the end of the course you will have the opportunity to celebrate your achievement with a full graduation ceremony at Chichester Cathedral.

Assessment method
The course is assessed by a mixture of in-course assignment work and end of unit examination assignments. Course work assignments can take the form of Business Reports, Business Briefings, individual or group Presentations, Time Constrained Assessments, through to Presentations of Individual Research.
