Our BA (Hons) in Education Studies degree is ideal if you are passionate about building a career in education, policy and development in local and international settings. This fascinating course will prepare you to work with learners of different age groups facilitating their learning for a secure and equitable future. On our Education Studies course you will:
- explore a range of historical, sociological, philosophical and psychological perspectives to education
- critically evaluate education policies and practices and discuss and analyse different educational settings nationally and internationally.
- look at key issues surrounding inclusion for children and young people in education settings
- consider different modes of delivering and experiencing teaching as well as the pivotal role of technology
