This programme aims to reflect the reality of the contemporary music industry, preparing you to respond creatively within a range of professional situations. You will develop your own music practice within a variety of professional contexts, whilst also refining your academic skills and technical understanding. You will engage in entrepreneurial activities that will help you prepare for a career in the field of music, such as work in music performance, freelance work and music education. We have excellent facilities and resources including the latest music performance equipment, a professional music production suite and several practice rooms. You will take part in industry focussed work including simulated or live client briefs to help you gain professional skills. What’s next? You could progress into employment or continue your study.
