This exciting programme is ideal for musicians who want to further develop their knowledge and application of roots and popular music. You will explore the origins of various styles and contextualise them through performance and theory workshops. You will also develop valuable enterprise skills that will support a potential career in music performance, music service provision or music education. You will have opportunities to experience live performance and explore creative avenues such as song writing and arranging skills. Employers and current practitioners working within the music industry are involved in the development of our music courses. What’s next?
