Course summary
The CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing gives you the required knowledge, skills and understanding at management level to take a strategic approach to marketing planning, understand key marketing metrics, and interpret relevant insight to make informed strategic decisions. It is available by distance learning; taught weekends in Bristol, Cambridge, Edinburgh and Manchester; and evening classes in Cambridge and London. All classes are taught on a rolling basis throughout the year. You can enrol for 1 module at a time and get a CIM Award for each completed module.
Modules
There are 2 mandatory modules: Strategic Marketing and Mastering Metrics; and 2 elective modules from which you need to complete one: Digital Strategy or Driving Innovation.
Assessment method
The Strategic Marketing module is assessed by examination. the other modules are assessed by a work-based assignment.

A Marketing or Business degree with a minimum of 50% of credits in Marketing or over 4 years’ marketing experience.
