In Art and/or Design, History, Geography, English/Languages, Double award in Science or separate Science such as Physics, Biology or Chemistry, Sociology, Philosophy, Psychology, Maths, Music
Minimum of 2 A Levels required although Other 6-unit qualifications can be considered in lieu of one A-level subjects. Applicants with 2 A Level qualifications or equivalent can combine with AS levels to achieve required points

60 credits overall. Minimum of 45 credits at level 3 grade distinction Construction, Planning, Built Environment subjects preferred but other subjects also considered.
GCSE mathematics and English Language at grade C or above or equivalent qualifications within access course must be obtained.
Achieve a minimum of 136 tariff points achieved from either five Highers or a combination of two Highers offered with two Advanced Highers.
Where only Highers have been taken a minimum of (BBBBB) are required. Where a combination of Highers and Advanced Highers have been taken you must achieve (grades of BB in two Advanced Highers plus grades of CC in two Highers).

Achieve a minimum of 136 tariff points achieved in either three Advanced Highers or from a combination of two Advanced Highers plus two Highers.
Where three Advanced Highers have been taken achieve a minimum of grades BBC. Where a combination of Highers and Advanced Highers have been taken you must achieve (grades of BB in two Advanced Highers plus grades of CC in two Highers).
Obtain a minimum of 34 points overall.
For students who do not already hold a GCSE in Mathematics at Grade C/4 or above grade 5 in Maths (Standard Level) from the IB Diploma will be accepted.For students who do not already hold a GCSE in English Language at Grade C/4 or above Standard Level English Language (not literature) Group A English Group A - Grade 4 or above,
OR English Group B - Grade 5 or above from the IB will be accepted.
Students who do not complete the IB Diploma will be considered on the basis of their IB Certificates if they achieve a total of 18 points or above from three Higher Level subjects alongside other acceptable level 3 qualifications to meet 136 UCAS Tariff Points

Must be in a topic related to the degree subject being applied for.
Pass the Irish Leaving Certificate with a minimum of 136 tariff points, achieved in four Higher level subjects.
This must include Maths and English Language taken at either Ordinary level (minimum grade O1-O4 (or A-C/A1-C3)) or Higher level (minimum grade H5/D1).

Portfolio
"If you are a full-time or part-time UK/EU student and meet the required UCAS points, or are predicted to meet them, you will not be required to submit a portfolio as part of your application. However, you are welcome to bring one to an Applicant Visit Day if you would like feedback on your work for your own personal development. This will not affect your application.
If you are an international student you will be required to submit a digital portfolio at the point of application. This can be submitted via our online portal.
If you are a mature student or have taken a non-traditional academic route you will be required to submit a digital portfolio at the point of application. If it is shortlisted you will be invited to an interview. This will give us both the opportunity to ensure a good fit between you and the course in terms of your interests and aspirations."
