Regardless of the sector an organisation operates in, individuals that can get the most out of its employees, whilst protecting it from non-compliance, are highly sought after. As well as being accredited by CIPD, our Human Resource Management programme is designed around its national framework. This means that the modules you undertake have been developed to reflect industry best practice and the current needs of employers. The lecturers who deliver our Human Resource Management programme have a wealth of academic and professional expertise. Throughout the course, you’ll benefit from their support, experience and industry connections. At Salford Business School, we make industry relevance a priority. So, as well as gaining the knowledge required for a successful career in business, you’ll develop the professional skills to help you make an impact in those all-important interviews. You can enhance your career options with a year-long industrial placement giving you the opportunity to apply the skills, knowledge and understanding you have gained in the first two years of the course. You will work with an employer which could be a local, national or international organisation. During this year, you will not pay fees to the University and will earn a wage for the work that you do. There are different entry requirements and course codes for the Professional Experience Year option. This degree is also offered with a Foundation Year.
