In today’s dynamic business environment, managers are challenged to be actively engaged in strategy initiatives while providing innovative ideas for new products, services and business models. This Masters degree will enable you to understand the fundamentals of strategy in organisations, and you’ll develop the skills to design, lead and implement all types of innovation in local and global business context.
