Course summary
People are an organisation’s most important asset. Organisations will only succeed if their people are well managed, motivated, committed and engaged. Your BA (Hons) Human Resource Management degree will give you an all-round understanding of business and specialist knowledge of HRM. This means you will understand how HRM fits into the bigger picture and be a more employable graduate. HRM graduates are highly attractive to employers throughout the world, especially in many emerging markets. The ability to lead and get the best out of people is challenging yet vital for the modern manager, and this degree will prepare you for such a role.
