You will also be given the opportunity to become a Certified Ethical Hacker via the EC Council. Our BEng Software Engineering course follows an active blended learning style, with some lectures replaced by workshops and seminars. Employability in computing programmes is embedded throughout the curriculum, with a focus on project-based assessment that attempts to mimic real-life scenarios. This is especially demonstrated in the collaborative nature of the teaching, the team working elements and the Final Year project. You’ll gain hands on experience and a solid understanding of what it’s like to work in a professional software development team, preparing you for the world of work after you graduate.
