BUSINESS & MANAGEMENT: The study of business and management offers you a structured insight into both the theoretical and practical dimensions of organisations and management. MATHEMATICS: - Mathematics is a vast and ever-growing subject which incorporates successful explorations of numerical, geometrical and logical relationships. Our ambassador scheme gives students the chance to spend time in schools, experiencing teaching at first hand and developing vital workplace skills.

|A level||AAB||Must include Mathematics at least one Arts/Humanities subject. Applicants will receive an offer conditional on attaining AAB. Applicants who achieve AAB are guaranteed entry. Applicants who achieve grades less than AAB but higher than BBB will be considered for entry.|
|Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma (first teaching from September 2016)||DDD||Acceptable in appropriate subject area. Must also have A-level Mathematics at grade B or above.|
|Access to HE Diploma||Acceptable in appropriate subject area. Must pass at least two thirds of modules with merit grade. Must also have A-level Mathematics at grade B or above.|
|Scottish Higher||AABB - AAAAAA||Must include Mathematics and at least two Arts/Humanities subjects.|
|International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme||38 points||3 HL subjects at 6,6,6 including Mathematics, English AND a Humanities/Language subject. Whilst HL6 is preferred for English and Humanities/Language subjects, SL6 will be considered for ONE of the subjects.|
|Leaving Certificate - Higher Level (Ireland) (first awarded in 2017)||H1, H1, H1, H2, H2, H2||Must have Mathematics and two Arts/Humanities subjects at H1.|
|Leaving Certificate - Ordinary Level (Ireland) (first awarded in 2017)||Not accepted|
|Scottish HNC||Pass HNC Group Award in the appropriate subject area and also obtain grade A in the Graded Unit. Must also have Higher English and Higher Mathematics at grade B or above and successfully pass the University of Glasgow Summer School.|
|Scottish HND||Pass HND Group Award in the appropriate subject area and also obtain grades BB in the Graded Units 1 and 2. Must also have Higher English and Higher Mathematics at grade B or above and successfully pass the University of Glasgow Summer School.|
SQA applicants entering from S5 are required to achieve AAAAB by the end of S5. Applicants who achieve less than AAAAB by the end of S5 but achieved at least AABB MAY receive a conditional offer, but a decision will not be made on these applications until March once all applications have been reviewed. Conditional offers to these applicants will require them to achieve AAAAAA cumulatively by the end of S6.
