Course summary
This course is designed to bring higher education and the care services together to ensure that the needs of employees and employers are addressed. These qualifications are work related, user-centred and enables you to combine technical skills, workplace skills academic knowledge and employability. The advantage of such a qualification is that it has been developed collaboratively with employers, professionals and institutions. It is vocationally relevant and designed to meet the needs of a diverse workforce. It is a full-time programme offered in partnership with the University of Greenwich.

Assessment method
Assessment methods are varied and include practical work, assignments, essays, presentations, reports and an exam paper for the concepts of social and emotional development module
