Equip yourself with the skills to maximise business performance at the global level and make your mark as a business leader – on our full-time MBA with optional internship. Businesses need highly skilled, globally minded, socially responsible leaders to steer them confidently through the challenges of today’s fast-paced business world. Join us on this AMBA accredited programme to set yourself up for senior level management positions, working alongside renowned experts and academics from Loughborough Business School. Suitable if you have at least three years’ professional or managerial experience, the Loughborough MBA will stretch and shape your potential as you develop the intellectual, analytical, personal and enterprising knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to work – and make an impact – at the highest levels of business. Two pathways to take your career to the next level You can take this programme in two ways: **- As a one-year full-time MBA pathway

  • As a two-year full-time MBA with internship pathway**
On the two-year pathway, you’ll spend your second year working on a 45-52 week supervised internship, gaining invaluable experience of applying your skills in a commercial environment. Graduates regularly go on to secure roles with their internship company. Whichever pathway you choose, you’ll learn alongside an international cohort of experienced managers, where you can share fresh perspectives on similar problems and build lasting business networks. You’ll also have opportunities to meet and learn alongside highly experienced Executive MBA students on some of the modules. Throughout the programme, you’ll learn to manage complex organisational issues, devise creative solutions to business challenges, get the most out of a team, and learn to lead and manage change in demanding global markets. So by the time you graduate, you’re ready to accelerate your career from the word go.

Assessment method

You will be assessed by a combination of exams and skills-based coursework assignments, undertaken both in groups and individually. Given the practical and applied nature of the course, the emphasis is towards coursework.

Entry requirements

A minimum of three years’ management/professional experience, plus: - a 2:2 honours degree (or equivalent international qualification) - or membership of an approved chartered institute - or a Diploma in Management Studies.
