This BA (Hons) Business Management with Psychology course is for those who are fascinated by human behaviour and want to lead teams, manage organisations or start their own venture. If you don't meet the entry requirements for our BA (Hons) course, or you’d like extra preparation before starting degree-level study, we recommend you join this foundation year course, which covers core topics on people, behaviours and business. Course Topics Given the fast pace of change, this course explores a wide range of future-facing challenges. You’ll begin by exploring the foundations of business management, studying business models from a broad variety of sectors. You’ll also discover how to champion environmental, social and ethical practices – examining the future challenges posed by cultural, digital and technological change. As the course progresses, you’ll be introduced to psychological principles, learning how to apply these in a business management context. You’ll examine what drives us, from brain physiology to social groups, as well as our individual differences in personality and motivation. Through this, you’ll learn how to understand and support teams, building a brand culture where everyone can thrive – both as individuals and as a team. You’ll also learn how to nurture resilience within yourself, becoming a confident leader who’s able to influence others and drive change. Our tuition fees for UK students starting full-time undergraduate study in 2025/2026 are regulated by the UK government and are yet to be confirmed. For an indication, our tuition fees for UK students starting full-time undergraduate study in 2024/2025 is £9,250 per year. During your placement year you will pay a reduced fee of £1,200. If you are studying an undergraduate course, postgraduate pre-registration course or postgraduate research course over more than one academic year then your tuition fees may increase in subsequent years in line with Government regulations or UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) published fees.
