The Higher Technical Qualification in computing, network engineering pathway, is a level 5 qualification, which is equivalent to the first two years of an Honours degree. It has been designed to equip you with the knowledge, understanding and skills required for a successful career in computing. Year 1 – Computing BTEC HND/HTQ – Network Engineering Pathway This year will help you gain the underpinning, core skills that are needed to prepare you for further subject specialisation in year 2. You’ll study the network engineering pathway, as well as the specialist pathways such as data analytics, cyber security and the general pathway. What modules will I study?
