This degree has been designed to meet the needs of those who wish to work in the hospitality management industry. It is aimed to help you develop a detailed knowledge of leadership and the associated skills and abilities necessary for management in an evolving and dynamic industry that is highly customer focused and media influenced. The course will develop your understanding of the importance of the practical skills and knowledge as required by managers and leaders in this global industry. You are introduced through the optional modules offered to the wide choice of career opportunities available within this global industry. Specialist pathways have been developed, most notably through the introduction of specialist tourism modules throughout the programme. Other options include Wines and Spirits and Event modules. English language requirements for international applicants The minimum requirement for this course is Academic IELTS 6.0 with no band score less than 5.5.Trinity ISE: Pass at level III also meets this requirement for Tier 4 visa purposes.
