Course summary
Podiatry involves the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of foot and lower limb disorders, many of which stem from broader health conditions. You will utilise comprehensive assessment and diagnostic skills to create effective patient care pathways for conditions that affect quality of life. You will:
- Obtain the qualification required for HCPC registration.
- Develop essential reflective, critical thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving skills necessary for professional practice.
- Advance your professional and academic development through enhanced knowledge, skills, and attributes.
- Enhance your practice through hands-on experience in our clinic and on placement.
- Have the option to develop a business case during your final year.
