Self-Management Skills: You will have an understanding of management skills and appropriate approaches. You will also learn motivational skills, decision making, problem solving and more. Language and Practices: Understanding the main language and common practices used within accounting contexts. Exploring a number of alternative practices, such as alternative recognition rules and valuation bases, approaches to control and decision making. Communications: Exploring communication with teams and the important role this plays in the business industry. You will also look at different forms of communications from presentations to written communications, focusing on how to share information effectively. Qualification requirements
All applications are considered on an individual basis and the whole application is reviewed which includes previous and predicted qualifications, experience, reference and your motivation to study the course. The University also accepts the BTEC Level 3 National Extended Certificate / BTEC Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma and BTEC Level 3 National Diploma / BTEC Level 3 Diploma for entry onto degree programmes, provided that they are studied in combination with other qualifications that total the equivalent of three A2 Levels. This may include subject specific requirements where necessary.
