The BA (Hons) Business (HRM) will provide you with an understanding of the key aspects of current practice in the field of HRM alongside current and emerging developments in related disciplines. You will develop skills and understanding specific to Strategic HRM and the role of the HR function in a wide range of organisational contexts.
