This interdisciplinary programme introduces students to the cultures and societies of Africa, Asia and the Middle East through their languages, literatures and screen culture. Students will choose to specialise in one particular region through their languages and module choices, with an optional Year Abroad at one of our partner universities. Our unique World Philosophies combination degree offers students the chance to engage with a diverse range of philosophical traditions from Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Europe, as well as political and ethical systems of thought from a truly global perspective.
