It holds accreditations from leading professional accounting bodies including the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), and The Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA). Graduates may be eligible for exemptions from many of the professional examinations offered by the ACCA, ICAEW, and CIMA. The finance component of the programme is closely aligned with professional standards, offering insights into finance and investment, and preparing students for exams with The London Institute of Bankers and the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI). Students have the option to undertake a year-long industry placement in their third year. Those who secure a placement will be transferred to the four-year Accounting and Finance with Placement Year programme, further enhancing their practical experience and employability
