This course will provide you with the opportunity to develop your academic knowledge and understanding of the management of hospitality operations. Drawing upon a range of practical operational activity, you will consider the influence of the wider economic, political, legal, social, ethical and international contexts that shape and change the sector.
Modules will include: Strategic Management Hospitality Service and Operations Research Methods Research Project Leadership and Management in Hospitality Legal and Political Considerations within Food Policies and Law
You will be assessed through a variety of assessment methods, including, essays, presentations, research tasks, projects and case studies.
