Develop the diverse skills to organise, plan and manage construction, financial and contractual arrangements to become a chartered quantity surveyor. This course is accredited by Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) You might already be working in the construction industry or be looking to expand your experience in a related field. As part of this course, you’ll:

Entry requirements

Applicants should either have at least a 2nd Class Honours degree in a cognate subject, at least a 2nd Class Honours degree in a non-cognate subject supported by evidence of an aptitude for the subject applied for, or have equivalent experience or training, normally from within the work environment. All applicants should be in relevant employment at the point of commencing the course. Please note, this course is not suitable for applicants with a 1st degree in quantity surveying that is accredited by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. All applications should be supported by a reference, either academic or professional. Applicants whose 1st language is not English require IELTS 6.0 (with a minimum 5.5 in each component) or equivalent.
