Course summary
This is the 4-year course which includes a Professional Placement Year. A practice based course which helps you develop your craft of storytelling, studio production and film making

Modules
In Year 1 you’ll study single camera production and TV studio production. In addition you’ll engage in some contextual work, for example film and TV theory and formats. Year 2 will see you continue your work in single camera production and advanced TV production, along with specialist modules in digital effects. Again you’ll study context in areas such as scriptwriting, popular cinema and world cinema. Finally, Year 3 will be project led, with the opportunity to engage in collaborative productions, professional practice, advanced post-production and complete and individualised practice-based project. Assessment method
Assessment is through coursework. This will be a combination of project and group work, practice-based portfolios, seminar presentations and individual essays.
