Course summary

Global environmental climate change has far-reaching economic and social implications. You'll examine the social-scientific drivers and consequences of climate change – and its associated policy debates – by integrating the natural and social science of climate change. This programme is excellent preparation for work in aid and development agencies, non-governmental organisations and government departments. Entry requirements

IELTS: 6.5 overall with no element less than 5.5 (or equivalent) Normally a good undergraduate honours degree (2:2 or above), or equivalent from a university outside the UK. Applicants who have relevant career experience are also encouraged to apply. Students may join immediately after their undergraduate degree, or after some years of employment to enhance career prospects by acquiring further skills.
