BA(Hons) Economics is a modern applied course that focuses on applying the latest post-crisis economic theory to real and relevant problems. It's accredited by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), giving valuable exemptions from professional exams. Our modules are informed by a pluralist approach to economic thinking and alternative schools of thought that are shaping economics. These include new-institutional economics, happiness economics, and evolutionary economics.
