Course summary

GEOLOGY: - Geology is the study of the Earth, its structure, composition, history, hazards, climate and resources. Geology provides an integrated understanding of whole Earth processes in 4D. And links the crust, surface and associated environments of the deep Earth. Our Geology graduates have gone on to work in engineering, mining and exploration, renewables and energy industries, and environmental consultancy. The flexibility of our programmes will enable you to choose your specialist subject after an integrated first and second year which will prepare you for both degrees in Geology and Environmental Geoscience. You will take part in an exciting fieldwork programme to a variety of locations.
