This is a fast-track, nine-month programme that provides rigorous training in core skills in analytical economics and econometrics, as well as allowing some specialisation in selected areas of the subject. It is intended for graduates whose first degree did not focus on economics.
It is a free-standing qualification, enabling graduates to seek employment in economics-related fields. For graduates intending to pursue further study, the programme is designed to meet entrance requirements for postgraduate programmes at master's level or higher.
