Eligible applicants will receive an Unconditional offer, that is with no conditions attached. Applicants who also qualify for the Access to Harper Scheme on the basis of disadvantage will be assessed against a slightly lower threshold of ‘excellence’ so that their prior performance is judged in line with the offer grade adjustment, which is normally by one grade.
