The HNC in Agriculture will provide you with the knowledge and understanding of the key concepts used in agriculture. It explores the business context in which agriculture operates and the markets it supplies, while also focusing on the current commercial and political issues facing the industry.
The programme provides the breadth of knowledge and skills that are required to take responsibility for the management of production areas within the industry or to move on to study specialist areas of interest at Level 5. Students are provided with the necessary broad underpinnings and knowldge to progress to alternate pathways as their areas of interest change and evolve through participation in the HNC.
