This programme is aimed at musicians, programmers, technologists and producers who want to understand the whole production process, from composing to arranging to recording to distribution. Upon successful completion you will achieve a BTEC Level 5 HND Diploma in Music (Production).
The curriculum is designed to encourage you to pursue entrepreneurial activities. We want you to leave us with a CV packed with experience and an impressive portfolio to place you in an ideal position to launch your music career. On the way you’ll learn how to sharpen your technical skills, work professionally with clients and apply your musical skills and your understanding of music technology to production projects.

A relevant Level 3 qualification (Eg. BTEC Extended Diploma in Music Technology).
We will consider applicants who do not have a relevant qualification but who have the equivalent experience and knowledge of music production and technology systems and software, confirmed via an interview.
A working knowledge of music production and technology systems and software to Level 3 standard is desirable.
We welcome applications from mature students without these qualifications but with relevant experience.
