History or Classical Civilisation (or equivalent) at grade A is essential.
Maths (or equivalent) at grade A is essential.

Excluded Subjects:
General Studies
Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma (first teaching from September 2016) DDD We consider a range of BTEC qualifications equivalent to 3 A Levels, or in combination with A Levels or other qualifications.

A Level in History or Classical Civilisation (or equivalent qualification) at grade A and Maths (or equivalent qualification) at grade A are essential. We may also consider relevant units in your BTEC as A Level History / Maths equivalent.
Access to HE Diploma D: 39 credits
M: 6 credits
Pass Access to HE Diploma with 39 credits at Distinction including at least 6 in History and Maths-related units and 6 at Merit or higher.
Scottish Higher AAAAA Only acceptable in conjunction with Scottish Advanced Highers.
Cambridge International Pre-U Certificate - Principal D3, D3, D3 Cambridge Pre-U History and Mathematics at grade D3 are essential.
Extended Project A We recognise the value of this qualification and for this programme you will be eligible for a reduced offer of one grade below the typical offer, where an EPQ is taken alongside 3 A Levels or equivalent and you achieve a mark of grade A or higher.
International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme 36 points With 6,6,6 in Higher Level subjects including History and Maths
OCR Cambridge Technical Extended Diploma DDD We consider a range of OCR qualifications equivalent to 3 A Levels, or in combination with A Levels or other qualifications.

A Level in History or Classical Civilisation (or equivalent qualification) at grade A and A Level in Maths (or equivalent qualification) at grade A are essential. We may also consider relevant units in your OCR Cambridge Technical as A Level equivalent.
Scottish Advanced Higher AA Acceptable in conjunction with Scottish Highers.

Advanced Higher History and Maths at grade A are essential.
Welsh Baccalaureate - Advanced Skills Challenge Certificate (first teaching September 2015) A We will consider this qualification alongside or in combination with A Levels or other qualifications, as equivalent to one A Level.
