This programme was developed with employers and industry bodies to ensure all requirements are met for both the academic requirements of the programme and the requirements of the aviation industry. This one year course will prepare you for degree level study and after successfully completing the CERT HE, you will be guaranteed to progress onto year 2 of the BSc (Hons) Aircraft Maintenance Engineering. The programme is suitable for engineering, maths or science students who wish to specialise in aircraft maintenance engineering and who may not have reached the required level in BTEC study or A Levels, or those who have chosen a new direction for their HE study.
