Study broadly or focus on a specialism. Choose to become a PADI-certified advanced scuba diver, do field work in the UK or in destinations like Brazil, Malaysia and Mallorca. Teaching is research-informed, involving skill-building, student-planned and executed investigations as well as traditional study. Facilities include the new biomedical resource in the Allam Building, environmental genomics laboratories and 33,000-litres of tropical aquaria. We offer the option of a foundation year, ideal if you don't have the academic qualifications for direct entry onto the degree. See the University of Hull website for more information.
